About
The short version of how this happened.
We built this for our own profile pictures.
Then it kind of got away from us.
ringmypfp.com puts a ring, a border or a sticker on your pfp. It’s free, there’s no sign-up, and nothing you drop in ever leaves your phone.
How it started
July 2026. Pastel rainbow rings were suddenly on every second profile picture, and the instructions going around went like this: install a video editor, find a template, import your photo, export a video, screenshot the video, crop the screenshot.
Six steps and a video app. For a circle.
So we made the thing we actually wanted — one page, one photo, five seconds — mostly so we could fix our own avatars and get on with the day.
It was supposed to be a weekend project. Then people started showing up, so we kept going: more rings, then borders, then glow and glitter and holo, and eventually stickers — cat ears, bows, halos, devil horns, little sparkles. 64 styles later, here we are, still adding them whenever a new trend shows up.
Where it’s going
Honestly? We’re still finding out. Right now it’s a small free tool that does one job quickly, and for the moment that is enough.
If it keeps finding its people, we’ll turn it into something bigger — more effects, better exports, a few ideas we’re not ready to promise yet. If it doesn’t, it stays exactly as it is: free, fast, and no worse than the day you found it.
What won’t change either way: no accounts, no watermark, no good style locked behind a payment, and no promises about followers. It’s decoration. That’s the whole pitch.
The technical bit, briefly
Everything runs inside your browser on a canvas. Your photo is read straight off your device and drawn on the page — it is never uploaded, because there’s no server here to upload it to. We couldn’t look at it if we wanted to.
That’s also why it works on a terrible connection and inside the cramped in-app browsers where most of you actually open it.
Got an effect in mind?
Some of the best styles here exist because one person asked for them. If a trend is starting and there’s nothing for it yet, tell us early — being three days late to a trend is the same as missing it.

We’re Sweezy — a small team making free things that fix the boring parts of your screen. Cursor, wallpaper, new tab, profile picture: all stuff you look at a hundred times a day and never get to choose.
